本室配有4套浙大中控研发的流体输送管路拆装实训装置，可实现管道流动阻力、管件识辨、离心泵特性、泵拆装、流量计安装和四大化工参量的安装、检测、显示等实训。学生可根据该实训装置掌握管道、管件、阀门、水箱、泵及测量仪表的合理、正确组装；进一步熟悉在将部件拆分时的注意事项，如怎样合理使用工具、如何将部件编号、合理放置等。

    管路拆装作为化工专业类学生实践实训的重要科目，本装置载体是一套化工系统中最基础和最常用的经典水流体输送系统，实训过程中考察学生对该化工流程和管道系统的识图、搭建、开车、试运行和检修等过程，从而使学生认知化工系统的安装与运行。

This room is equipped with 4 sets of fluid transfer pipeline disassembly and assembly training equipment developed by SUPCON, which can carry out the trainings of pipeline flow resistance, pipe fitting identification, centrifugal pump characteristics, pump disassembly, flowmeter installation, detection and display of four major chemical parameters. Students can master the reasonable and correct assembly of pipes, fittings, valves, water tanks, pumps and measuring instruments with the help of the training device. Moreover, students are familiar with the precautions when disassembling the components, such as how to use the tools reasonably, how to number and place the parts correctly and so on.

Pipeline disassembly and assembly is an important subject of practical training for chemical engineering students. The carrier of this device is the classical water transportation system, which is the most basic and commonly used chemical system. This training examines students’ mastery about the map-identification, setting-up, starting-up, commissioning and overhaul of the chemical process and piping system, so that students can understand the installation and operation of the chemical engineering system.
